How to brief, book and get your order moving.
How do I place an order?
Send us a WhatsApp with what you need, sizes/quantities and any reference images. You can also add to cart on our site and check out; we’ll confirm details on WhatsApp before production.
What’s your typical turnaround?
Design previews are usually 24–48 hours after we receive your brief. Printing/production times depend on the item and quantity ,most small runs are 1–3 business days after artwork approval.
Need it sooner? Ask about rush options.
Do you require upfront payment?
Yes, a deposit or full payment is required before production. This secures materials and your slot in our queue.
What payment methods do you accept?
EFT and card (where available). We’ll share payment details on WhatsApp or at checkout.
Artwork & Files
Specs to get sharp prints and clean exports.
What file types do you accept?
Vector (AI, PDF, SVG) preferred for logos. High‑res PNG/JPG (300dpi) for photos. For posters/social, export at final size with 3–5mm bleed if needed.
Can you design for me?
Absolutely. We offer full **Design Services**: posters, logos, cover art, social covers, flyers and bundles. We’ll create and send previews for approval.
Do you keep my files for reorders?
Yes. We archive approved artwork so reorders are quick—just message us with what you need repeated.
Do colours match exactly?
We colour manage carefully, but slight variance can happen across fabrics and substrates. If colour is critical, ask for a paid test print or swatch.

What apparel print sizes do you offer?
Pocket, A4, A3 and A2 placements. We’ll advise best fit for your artwork and garment size.
Do you print on bags and accessories?
Yes aprons, bucket hats, masks, beanies, tote/canvas bags and custom phone cases.
Home décor & kitchenware?
Custom carpets, pillow cases and cup/mug printing with durable finishes.
Event supplies & tickets?
We print branded/unbranded wristbands (100–1000) and event tickets (100–500), plus an Events Bundle for bulk needs.
Revisions, Refunds & Delivery
Keeping projects smooth and fair.
How many design revisions are included?
Design packages include a set number of revisions (usually 2–3 rounds). Extra changes are billed at our studio rate; we’ll confirm before proceeding.
What’s your return/refund policy?
Because items are custom made, returns are limited to manufacturing defects. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery and include photos; we’ll assess and assist.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes , courier across South Africa. Shipping from ±R70 depending on size/weight. You can also arrange local collection in Modimolle.
Do you offer bulk or reseller pricing?
Yes , share quantities and specs for a tailored quote. We’ll recommend the most cost effective print method for your run.
